By creating an account or using Skanvia you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Skanvia provides QR code creation, management, and analytics tools. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Uptime is targeted at 99.5% but is not guaranteed.
All activity under an account is the account holder's responsibility. Credentials must be kept secure. Accounts are for individual or business use only — sharing access across unrelated organisations is not permitted.
Skanvia may not be used to distribute malware, phishing links, illegal content, or content that infringes third-party intellectual property. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without refund.
Skanvia Plus is billed annually at $27 USD per year. All fees are in USD and billed in advance. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. There are no monthly billing options — the annual plan is the only paid tier.
A 14-day money-back guarantee applies to all new Skanvia Plus subscriptions. Contact us at [email protected] within 14 days for a full refund — no questions asked.
Refunds are not available after 14 days, for renewal charges where the account has been actively used, or for partial periods. Email [email protected] with the registered account email and reason. Eligible refunds processed within 5 business days.
Email address and payment details at registration. For each QR scan: a timestamp, country and city (derived from IP), device type, and OS. Raw IP addresses are not stored beyond the processing moment.
Data is used solely to operate and improve the service — to display analytics, process payments, and send transactional emails. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
One session cookie for authentication and one preference cookie for UI settings. No third-party advertising cookies are used.
Scan analytics are retained for 24 months or the life of the account, whichever is shorter. Account data is deleted within 30 days of account closure on request.
A copy of data, correction of inaccuracies, or deletion of an account may be requested at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 14 business days.
We use Stripe for payment processing and Supabase for data storage. Both are GDPR-compliant. Data is not shared with any other third party except as required by law.
